+ Beautiful, clean, amazing location and so quiet for how central it was. The continental breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were lovely and the staff were incredibly kind helpful and accommodating!!! Imran and Michol were helpful every step of the way Anything you need or want, the staff was on their game. We were genuinely sad to leave.

Absolutely must stay - hidden gem
+ Incredible experience, amazing service especially from Imran Pathan, Angelo, Lorenzo, and Lina. The food, ambience, hospitality was 5 star. The location is perfect and walking distance from everything. Luxurious hotel with beautiful art. Will absolutely stay here again when we visit Florence!
