+ Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr agenehmes Ambiente im ganzen Hotel. Sehr schöne Bar. Strand direkt beim Hotel und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Schönes Gym mit modernen Geräten und Freihantelbereich. Vor allem aber ist die Service Excellence im GESAMTEN Hotel hervorragend, sei es an der Reception, beim Concierge, Bedienung an der Bar oder im Restaurant. Ausgesprochen freundliches und sehr gästeorientiertes Personal! So ausgeprägt noch nie erlebt. War zum 2. Mal dort (erstmals 2023) und wieder war das Erlebnis „outstanding“. Grosses Bravo und Dankeschön!

+ מלון מושלם, שירות ברמה שאנחנו לא מכירים, מתקנים איכותיים, מסעדות ותחזוקה ברמה גבוהה מאוד
− המיטה גדולה ומפנקת אבל המזרון היה קשיח מדי ולא לטעמנו. בנוסף, איכות השידור בטלויזיה ירודה (שידור נתקע וברזולוציה נמוכה) דבר שלא מתאים לסדר גודל של מלון כזה.

+ ארוחת הבוקר ומתקני הספא כלומר הבריכה והסאונות היו מהנים. הצוות ידידותי.
− היינו בחדר 606, פתיחת הדלת של האסלה לא בנויה נכון. עדיף שהדלת תיפתח החוצה. אם יושבים על האסלה קשה לסגור ואחכ לפתוח הדלת.
