We are determined to make investments in our existing hotels to ensure that they are fully representative of the brand while maintaining the product and service standards that are expected from us. We have a plan to upgrade one of the elevators during the period 1st May – 31st August 2026, and the other three elevators will remain operational. Should there be any change in the timeframe of the work, we shall inform you as soon as possible. Please note that extra bed or child's cot/crib are subject to availability and need to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. The credit card used for the booking should belong to the guest and must be valid for the entire stay. For the cardholder's protection, in case that the cardholder is not present, the full payment will be taken on the presented card. The pre-payment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on separated card. . For Deluxe Room and Grand Deluxe Room categories, pool views cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon arrival. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
