Please note that children are not allowed at the Raffles Club. Children over 12 years old will have access subject to full rate and only if accompanied by an adult. Breakfast and dinner packages include open-buffet breakfast at Rocca Restaurant, chef's choice dinner with 3-course set menu including unlimited soft drinks at Rocca Restaurant. (alcoholic drinks are excluded) Please note that guests need to make reservation for dinner. Pet Policy; • Raffles Istanbul will accept pets (dogs) which are vaccinated and “house trained”. • Pets should not be left unattended in the guest room or around hotel premises. • All pets apart from guide dogs are not allowed in the lobby, restaurants, bars, as well as at the pool areas and sports center. • Please be informed that only dogs of 5 kgs or less are accepted in the hotel. • If there are any damages to the room walls or room features then it will be charged to the guest. • Pet Policy form needs to be signed upon arrival.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
