Clean, comfortable rooms the price is not too steep and the staff is nice and kind
Wrong type of guests
Please get rid of the moldy carpets. Carpets do not belong in any hotel, especially not a spa hotel. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, but the quality was average. Biggest concern however, and the reason we are never returning, was the many Russian tourists. Why on earth?
