More than just a class, this is a warm cultural exchange where you’ll cook, eat, laugh, and create unforgettable memories with local hosts. What to Expect: Your experience begins with a warm welcome, just as any Albanian guest would receive a glass of homemade raki, a cup of traditional Turkish style coffee sweetened to your taste all served with a smile. Then, it’s time to put on your apron! Under the guidance of your host, you’ll prepare a full homemade meal using traditional recipes from the Berat region. Everything is made by you, from scratch, with local and seasonal ingredients.
