− la comida es muy basica, lo mejor fue el Buffet. la playa no tiene mucha opción mas que las tombonas. si tienes personal/mesoneros pendientedes de ti. pero pudiera tener mas, musica, un bar en la playa, entretenimiento.

+ The hotel is absolutely amazing — spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, with a truly relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional across all departments, and always willing to assist. There is a great water park for children, as well as huge, spacious swimming pools with bar service right by the pool, which makes the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The entertainment team deserves a special mention. Eugene, who leads the team, is simply amazing — full of energy, friendly, and adds so much to the atmosphere and overall experience at the hotel. I would also like to specifically mention Wilson and Chael from the entertainment team, who were wonderful, kind, and made sure we enjoyed ourselves throughout our stay. Overall, this is definitely a very high-quality hotel and an excellent family experience.

Yeidy is the best at the batting cage

Wonderful time
+ Amazing experience and luxurious pools. The service was spectacular and everyone was extremely polite. The food was tasty and good quality at every restaurant. The liquor was also great quality. Every area was clean and organized.
