+ Reception office staff is great! Very helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Gorica who helped us with all of our requests and beyond :)

− There is not many additional services at the hotel, such as spa, pool, or massage.... There is only small fitness room in the basement. Breakfast buffet could have more options.
