Excellent séjour
+ Le personnel était excellent, toujours disponibles pour vous aider ou conseiller. Le Petit Déjeuner. La localization. Les lits et oreillers.
− La salle de bains et toilettes était trop petite, la taille d'un WC d'un Airbus A330.

+ The location was excellent. It was centrally located and easy to walk to the old town and the square of Bellecour wher one could take the Lyon City Bus to see the sights. Even though it was around some pedestrian walk ways the hotel was very quiet and I felt safe walking around by myself . I loved the historic wrought iron glass elevator. The staff was very polite and helpful . The hotel was very lovely, clean, historic and just a beautiful place. I enjoyed my stay there very much . If I ever return back the beautiful city of Lyon I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again .
− I really can’t think of everything negative . But if I had to remark of anything that might have been negative I would have to say the service in the bar was slow . The lady who was there was very cordial but she was by herself and it seemed she needed help at times.

All in all, this hotel was very pleasant and we would stay here again.

− Our room did not have air conditioning and was quite hot sleeping at night. Also although the bed was comfortable, the bedding was not, it was very poorly made and slipped out from beneath

Zu teuer aber die Lage ist gut
+ Die Lage ist direkt bei der Einkaufsmeile und die Zimmer waren sauber
− - Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel - Getränke am Frühstück ungeniessbar ( Extrem schlechter Kaffee ) -Frühstücksbuffet war ok aber zum Teil unhygienisch -es findet jeden Tag ein Theater im Hotel statt, und es ist unglaublich störend. Ganz viele Menschen am Empfangsbereich und im Treppenhaus - Dusche sehr alt und extreme Rutschgefahr
