Très décevant par rapport à l'offre d'hôtels de Maurice dans cette catégorie

+ La suite junior avec un espace plage privée est magnifique, douche intérieure et extérieure, salle de bain splendide, grand confort, décoration raffinée et toujours la gentillesse du personnel, le parcours inoubliable de golf La Réserve qui n'est accessible qu'aux membres ou aux clients des resorts héritage. C'est fabuleux, une expérience extraordinaire.

− La qualité de la nourriture inadmissible pour le standard de l'hôtel, le buffet du soir extrêmement chiche et peu varié, à 21h00 plus personne ne remplace les plats qui sont déjà très peu nombreux! aucun choix, pas de fromage, 3 choix de desserts peu appétissants, de la pastèque et c'est tout ! pour avoir été dans de nombreux hôtels de cette catégorie dans l'ile je n'ai jamais vu ça. Et ce n'est pas le petit déjeuner qui me contredira, pas de jus de fruit frais, pas de salade de fruit, les viennoiseries immangeables pareil pour le malheureux pancake avec lequel j'ai failli m'étouffer! Nous n'avons pas essayé l'asiatique, je ne peux rien en dire. Reste le gouter... attente de 20mn pour une crêpe car 1 seule personne pour les faire. Une petite impression de séjour à Disneyland, au vu de cette architecture coloniale un peu "décor fabriqué" loin des standards des hôtels de luxe mauriciens. Et reste la mer, mais le problème c'est qu'il n'y a pas de fonds sur des dizaines de mètres et qu'on ne peut pas nager, un peu comme à marée basse sur une plage normande. Si, comme moi, vous aimez nager dans les eaux cristallines du lagon mauricien alors ne choisissez pas cet hôtel, ill a des plages exceptionnelles partout, sauf au Telfair

− The biggest disappointment during our stay has unfortunately been the food. The prices are extremely high, which would be understandable for a hotel of this standard if the quality of the food matched the price. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. The food is expensive, the portions are relatively small, the menu lacks variety, and most importantly, the overall quality has been far below expectations. I have stayed at and dined in many hotels across Mauritius, and while the prices at this hotel are generally comparable to other high-end properties, the quality of the food here is significantly behind what I have experienced elsewhere. One particularly concerning incident was when we were served a portion of butter that had clearly already been opened and used. We immediately brought this to the attention of the waiter, who apologised and replaced it. While we appreciated the apology and quick replacement, something like this should simply not happen at a hotel of this standard. Our experience at Le Palmier restaurant was also very disappointing, particularly considering that Mauritius is renowned for its fresh seafood. Unfortunately, the seafood dishes we ordered lacked flavour and proper preparation. The fish did not appear to be cooked properly, and the octopus dish was extremely tasteless. In fact, the only flavour I could really appreciate from the dish came from the tomato salad served alongside it. What was even more concerning was that we were not the only guests who felt this way. Several guests seated close to us also complained directly to the waiter about the quality of their food. When guests are paying premium prices, they naturally expect premium quality. Unfortunately, what we experienced was very expensive food, poor quality, limited variety, small portions, and meals that were simply not satisfying. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the food quality as soon as possible.

Posto incantevole, ampia scelta di ristoranti e attività

+ Struttura in stile coloniale, veramente molto molto bella, piena di vegetazione tropicale, stanze ampie ed accoglienti, vasca grande e spaziosa anche se non dotata di idromassaggio, confortevole l’angolo caffè/the, ottimo spazio fitness, dotato di mini club con ottimi orari, bellissime le piscine. Ottimi alcuni ristoranti, ma livello medio buono. Mare davanti con pochi coralli e non particolarmente belli. Delizioso il museo delle conchiglie davanti all’entrata, il cui ingresso viene offerto agli ospiti dell’hotel, consigliato. Super cortese e professionale staff all’entrata, della ristorazione e delle pulizie.

− Troppo macchinoso il sistema di Prenotazione del giro in barca mattutino per fare snorkeling e vedere il fondale… gratuito ma devi prenotarti facendo fila entro le 9 per 30 minuti di giro a 200 Metri dalla spiaggia dell’hotel. Inoltre staff non particolarmente collaborativo…da rivedere!
