+ The bed was comfortable and the room was clean
− When the TV stopped working, the reception guy gave a silly excuse. The TV was 32 inch and you could barely see it from the bed. The next day we reminded them about the TV. There was no passing of information from shift to shift, some of the reception clerks were barely civil which I found surprisingly, but all of them were not trained to be good reception clerks - which wad a shame
