− Hello the problems we had with our stay here are they. When we arrived the lady in the so called riad she said they have no rooms i stated we booked 2 months ago when she heard that she gave us a room with no amenities no shower and no toilet ware when i mentioned we booked a room with all the above she said they didn't have one for us she called her son whom he was the manager of the property he said if we don't like it we should cancel it because he isn't responsible for the booking.com app and there was another person doing that i said i won't cancel and i want my room he stated i should resolve my issue with the one responsible for the app i want to search for him he has a bazaar in the old city he stated that i should cancel i said i won't cancel i want my room or I'll call the police since this is fraud i was there with my wife and the listing had what i asked for yet they didn't have the room when he heard that he said to me give me 2 days until another room opens up and I'll transfer you i said no problem after 2 days we were asked to pay the tax without us getting the proper room when we escalated they gave us the second room and law and behold it had a shower yes but no toilet so whenever me or my wife want to use a toilet we should go to a shared one and my wife is a hijabi i can't allow that and it was very inconvenient the room was dirty no hot water in the shower and the neighboring building had a cctv camera pointed to our room the terrace was falce advertised it was a small patio where the old lady lives and the rooms didn't oversee the old city the place has a strong amoking smell which was inconvenient to us we were expected to clean the rooms since tgey don't have a cleaning lady, i sent a message before confirming the booking if they have kitchen or kitchen ware they replied yes but when we arrived nothing was available.

− La stanza prenotata da me aveva il bagno privato ma quando sono arrivata li mi hanno detto che quella camera era occupata e ho soggiornato in una camera all ultimo piano. Il wifi non funzionava,la camera era sporca di polvere ed in piu mi hanno fatto pagare una tassa di 3 euro che non era stata assolutamente inclusa nel prezzo e che probabilmente è qualcosa che hanno fatto loro per guadagnare di piu.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour de deux jours. Le logement était propre, confortable et très agréable. Un grand merci à K
