− Dans la chambre on constate un manque de propreté évident, traces de saleté dans la salle de bain et rideaux. Service restauration au petit déjeuner est interminable avec fil d’attente. Le personnel bien que poli, était totalement dépassé et désorganisée.

+ Good location, clean and staff at check in were great.
− 1. service at the restaurant: we were told booking was outside but upon arrival were told there was no room outside. Not a massive issue in its own but was made worse by the fact everyone else who came had their tables moved from the inside to the outside and we were not given the option. We ended up being the only people dining inside by the end. Caveat that the specific waiter who served us was great. 2. Apart from check in and the waiter the staff seemed unfriendly and inattentive.

Bland generic resort with underwhelming food options.

− The resort just felt really generic with uninspiring food, it didn't feel like we were in Morocco, we could have been anywhere.
