+ The location was ok close to the beach
− The room had a musky smell and it was dirty the bathroom was smelly and dirty, headboard was dusty. There was also noise outside that sounded like cleaning or construction constantly.

− Everything - the room was awful, the staff were not helpful, the fire escape was dangerous and filled with combustible materials, staff slamming doors in the corridor throughout the night

+ The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating. I especially appreciated their help in rescheduling a non-refundable booking, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops , restaurants, supermarkets and Safeer.
