+ Sopiva etäisyys VaasaCupin tapahtumista. Ainakin paras, mitä oli markkinoilla. Tilat olivat siistit, sauna pieni mutta kirpakka. Talon puolesta oli monenlaista tarviketta kuten hiustenkuivaajaa ja kännykkälaturia. Lasitettu terassi oli suuri, naapurien ikkunoita sata ihan vieressä, joten pyyhe päälle vilvoitellessa!

− Ilmastointia ei ollut. GoogleMaps johti firman nimellä naapurikortteliin.
