+ La propreté, le calme de la chambre, l’emplacement de l’hôtel en face de la rivière et au-dessus d’un centre commercial.
− Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas bon et pas frais du tout. C’est vraiment la chaîne, trop de monde. Il y a pourtant plusieurs plats représentés mais ce n’était pas bon. Les deux piscines ne suffisent pas pour le monde de l’hôtel. Service bagage dépassé au Check-out. Hôtel sympa mais pas du tout familial.

Could be better!
+ It wasn’t worth the money we paid. Didn’t feel like a 5 star property at all.
− In my room, the fan and ac was not working. The fridge was damaged. When we left leftover food in the room and went out, the plates were there till next day without being cleaned. Elevators take a really long time to come. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Won’t recommend the hotel. However, when I escalated to the GM, she was kind enough to extend out checkout for our late night flight.
