Magnifique séjour dans cet établissement qui est un vrai 5 étoiles .

+ L’hôtel est idéalement placé en limite de la médina dans un quartier les plus chic de Tunis . Cette position vous permet d’être directement au cœur des petites ruelles et vous permet également d’avoir une vue exceptionnelle sur toute la ville à partir du rooftop. L’hôtel est agencé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il est d’une propreté irréprochable et le personnel est au top. Je le recommande fortement !!!

+ The hotel provided excellent furnishings and quality products; the suite, in particular, was quite lovely and luxurious. Its location is ideal, situated in the heart of the Medina of Tunis. The dinner we experienced at the restaurant was truly outstanding, and we extend our special thanks to Mohamed in dar el jeld restaurant for his service.

− While we would ideally rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10, we did encounter some areas where the service could be improved. Upon checking in, the attendant was friendly, though her professionalism could have been enhanced. She presented the registration card in French, despite our having indicated that we communicate in Arabic or English, and she did not review the details with us. Furthermore, we had to prompt her to recap our booking information. Our experience with the Hammam and Massage booking was unfortunately quite stressful. The Hammam treatment began at 10:30 a.m., but the steam room was not operational, which made the experience uncomfortably cold. There was a delay in resolving this, and the therapist left us unattended. I had to seek assistance at the reception. When she returned, she seemed rushed, stating, "I have another guest after you; we have to finish the treatment now." The attendant at the Spa reception was very understanding and kindly removed the charges. We initially wished to cancel the massage, scheduled for 3:30 p.m., but she assured us that it would be a positive experience and that extra care would be taken. At 3:00 p.m., we called to inquire about using the steam and spa facilities before our treatment, only to be informed that a bride was using the spa, making it unavailable to us. Consequently, we canceled the treatment at the last minute. It would have been greatly appreciated if this information had been provided earlier, as we had hoped for a relaxing spa day and could have made alternative arrangements outside the hotel. On the day of our departure, while dining on the rooftop, we ordered Rigatoni Pasta but were served Paccheri pasta without prior notification. This was not an issue for me, as the dish was delicious and the waiter was both pleasant and professional. However, when I shared this feedback with the restaurant manager, he seemed unaware of the type of pasta served.

− Pedimos una habitación que era más barata y por estar en booking no nos devolvieron la diferencia de precio. Y con mala actitud ,solo lo dijeron al final de la estadía.

+ An exceptional stay, once again. We are returning guests at Dar El Jeld, and there is a reason we keep coming back. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with impeccable attention to detail, beautiful surroundings, and truly outstanding service. During our stay, we encountered a small issue, and the way it was handling only reinforced our appreciation for this hotel. A very special thank you to the manager, Souha, who dealt with everything with remarkable professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely looked after. Dar El Jeld remains our absolute favorite hotel in Tunisa, and we will most certainly be returning. Highly recommended.
