Thank you for booking with us! All participants must arrive at our office at Rovakatu 19, 10 minutes before departure. The group is not able to wait for late arrivals and no refunds can be issued for missed departures. We will contact you on the day of the tour to confirm the exact meeting time which could be anything between 18.00-21.00. We look forward to taking you out to hunt the Northern Lights in Lapland!

  1. Guests will board our heated bus and have their tickets scanned at the Polar Lapland office before departure. Once everyone is ready, we set out into the Lapland night to hunt for clear skies and the Northern Lights.

  2. After finding clear skies, your guide will direct the group to a viewing location away from light pollution. Here we begin photography and serve warm juice. If conditions allow, we may also light a small fire for extra warmth and comfort. Then we simply enjoy the Northern Lights.

  3. When the viewing is finished, we will head back toward Rovaniemi. Upon arrival, the group will be dropped off at the Polar Lapland Office, where the tour concludes. All photos taken during the night are sent digitally afterwards.
