Terms of Use — RentoRika

1. Who we are and what this service does

travel.rentorika.com is operated by Rentorika LLC. We are a travel aggregator: we search the offers of third-party suppliers — hotels, airlines, tour operators, car rental and eSIM providers — and present them in one place.

We are not the carrier, the hotel, or the tour operator. When you book, the travel service itself is provided by that supplier under their own terms and conditions. We either pass your booking to them or send you to their website to complete it.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
The information you give us — names, dates, document details — must be accurate. Airlines refuse boarding when the name does not match the travel document, and that is not something we can undo.
You may not scrape the site, resell its data, or place automated load on it.

3. Prices and availability

Prices come from suppliers in real time and change without notice. A price shown in a list is the price the supplier reported at that moment; the price that binds is the one confirmed at the payment step. Where we display a converted price, the conversion is indicative and the supplier charges in its own currency.

We take care that what we display is accurate, but we do not warrant that every listing is free of error. An obvious mistake — a price or a fare condition that is plainly wrong — does not create a contract, and we may correct or withdraw it.

4. Bookings, changes and cancellations

The conditions of your booking — whether it can be changed, whether it can be refunded, and what it costs — are set by the supplier and shown before you pay.
Cancelling through us cancels with the supplier. What you get back is what their rules give you. A non-refundable rate returns nothing even when it is cancelled successfully, and we will tell you the actual figure rather than a comforting one.
Your booking confirmation and voucher are sent by email and are also available through the link in that email.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed by our supplier’s payment provider in a form displayed inside our page. We do not receive, store or process card numbers. Depending on the product, the merchant of record is the supplier, not us.

6. Links to partners

Some results take you to a partner’s own site to complete a purchase — flights through Aviasales, activities through Viator, eSIMs through Airalo, car rental through rentorika.com. From that point their terms and their privacy policy apply. We may earn a commission; see our affiliate disclosure.

7. Content on the site

Ratings, reviews, photographs and place information are supplied by third parties, chiefly Tripadvisor, and are attributed where they appear. We reproduce them; we do not verify each one. Weather, prices and travel times are cached and carry the age of the data that produced them.

8. Liability

We are responsible for operating this site with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the performance of the travel services themselves — a delayed flight, a hotel that does not match its photographs, a cancelled tour — which are the supplier’s obligations to you under their contract.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.

9. Complaints and disputes

Write to support@rentorika.com and we will respond. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. Nothing in these terms deprives you of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where the law gives you that right.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version that applies to a booking is the one published when the booking was made.
