  • NO REFUNDS ARE MADE in the following occasions: - Show up but not able / regret to participate in the scheduled tour/rental. - Your guide’s decision that you risk the smooth and safe execution of the tour for you or/and the rest of the participants, or that you risk the safe usage of the equipment provided. - Fewer participants / lessees than the initial booking. - Non show up, non arrival on time with an implication to our time schedule. - Starting the tour/rental but do not finish it for any reason.
