+ Quite hotel with excellent views from room balconies
− Breakfast is poor. I booked a suite and the images in booking.com didnt meet the reality ( talking about the sofas which were not there in reality), when asked the staff they said we removed the sofas and no more sofas ( as if they are telling you take it as it is). Bidet was leaking water. No ash tray in balcony and when asked house keeping they said we dont have and suddenly one day before check out they kept one in the balcony.

Excellent experience with outstanding hospitality
+ We had a wonderful stay at Gudauri Inn. The hotel has a great location with beautiful mountain views. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well soundproofed, which made our stay very relaxing. We also appreciated the bathroom being equipped with a bidet spray (handheld bidet/shattaf), which is a very useful convenience for many travelers. A special thank you to Kristine and the support team, who were exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming. They assisted us with changing our reservation dates, offered flexible check-in, and even provided a free room upgrade, which greatly improved our experience. لقد كانت إقامتنا رائعة في فندق Gudauri Inn. يتميز الفندق بموقع ممتاز وإطلالات جبلية جميلة. كانت غرفتنا نظيفة ومريحة وهادئة ومُعزولة جيدًا، مما جعل إقامتنا مريحة للغاية. كما يوجد (شطاف) في الحمام، وهو ميزة مفيدة جدًا للعديد من المسافرين. شكر خاص لكريستين وفريق الدعم الذين كانوا في غاية اللطف والاحترافية وحسن الاستقبال. لقد ساعدونا في تغيير تواريخ الحجز، وقدموا لنا تسجيل دخول مرن، بل وقاموا بترقية الغرفة مجانًا، مما حسّن تجربتنا بشكل كبير.
− عدم تنوع الفطور يوم الاثنين The breakfast experience was inconsistent. On Sunday, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. However, on Monday, the selection was much more limited and did not offer the same variety or quality. We hope the hotel can maintain a consistent breakfast standard every day.
