Wonderful historic luxury property, but undergoing major renovation, yet it still delivers.
+ We went in with our eyes open that this hotel was undergoing a major renovation, let me just say that I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The property has the most incredible location and the staff and amenities were wonderful. We weren't impacted by the renovation except for the gym and spa being closed. The historic charm combined with the luxury feel were perfect for us.
− They didn't offer any apologies or concessions for the lack of gym or spa, but for a short stay this wasn't a problem. This is the best place to stay in Aswan, and they know it.

− The property is being renovated and not fully functional Needs full renovation even though it was renovated not long ago. Pillows were very uncomfortable as well

Une pause dans le temps
+ Literie parfaite, chambre spacieuse, hôtel majestueux et cadre magnifique. Attention du personnel en général.
− Quelques petits détails qui ne sont pas au niveau d'un palace (sable dans le fond de la piscine, carreaux cassés par ci par là, matériel d'entretien non rangé et laissé visible, service parfois peu présent (bar), ...) mais rien de choquant.
