Dissapointed with the service at the hotel.

+ Breakfast was great but dinner selections for vegetarians were very limited. Rooms were not clean.

− Overcharged for Happy Hour Drink. Promised to refund but todate no refund has been made. Can not rely on the commitments made. We checked out on Saturday 18th July and were promised that refund will be processed on Monday 20th July, bou 3 weeks later no refund has been received.
