+ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful design and spotless rooms to the outstanding service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and every detail was clearly thought through to provide a true 5-star experience.

A luxurious place to siesta in the heat of the day
+ The staff were so lovely, the hotel was very luxurious and the location was great. We rode e-bikes everywhere in Seville, and they were located right out the front of the hotel. Our room was stylish and very comfortable
− Given this is a 5 star hotel, I think the staff should monitor people hogging the sun beds around the pool for 8+ hours a day (leaving towels there and going out for lunch) as it made it very difficult to find a spot which seems unfair. There were also so many children screaming in the swimming pool, at least 5 other guests around us commented on it and I think the staff should have also stepped in to decrease yelling/ volume so other guests can enjoy the facilities in peace
