+ המיקום נהדר, הצוות בקבלה יעיל ומאוד מקצועי, גם הקפה מסעדה שעל הגג נהדרת.
− היינו צריכים לבקש שני ימים ברציפות אחרי השעה 13:30 שינקו ויסדרו את החדר שלנו כיוון שלא נכנסו קודם לכן. לחץ המים במקלחת חלש מאוד. בגלל המיקום הנהדר, יש הרבה מאוד רעש מסביב למלון בעיקר לאורך הלילה והבוקר והחלונות אינם אוטמים רעש. היה קשה לישון.
