Отлично .
+ Отличное расположение отеля, до площади Дуомо и Синьории пешком 5 минут. Персонал на ресепшен был очень вежлив и учтив. Бесплатно сделали апгрейд одного номера, чтобы наша семья была на одном этаже . Спасибо .

− Otelin konumu çok merkezi güzel olsa da, geceleri çok gürültülü olduğu için uyku sorunu yaşadım. Öte yandan otelin yanında hergün pazar kurulduğu için onun gürültüsü de fazlaca geldi ve sabahları o gürültüyle uyanıyordum. Otelin 2 farklı binası var ve arada sokak var. Bina değiştirip kahvaltı için diğer binanın en üst katına çıkıyorduk, aynı binada kahvaltı olsa daha iyi olurdu. Resepsiyondaki görevliler vs çok çok iyiydi cok yardımcılardı. Ancak temizlik görevlileri için çok olumlu konusamayacağım. Odama girilmesin diye kart asmama rağmen girilmişti. Yorgan vs düzeltilmişti ama yorgan yere temas ediyordu. Banyo vs yeni ve temizdi.
