Felt like I was walking back in time into the most perfect Salzburg hotel!
+ Excellent location and charming room! For our anniversary, the hotel upgraded us to room 25 on the 4th/top floor and if you have a chance to stay in this delightful, sun-kissed suite, do so!!!

+ Das Hotel war sehr zentral und alles war perfekt und das Personal war wirklich sehr bemüht und freundlich. Diese Hotel kann ich auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.
− Das Frühstücksbuffet war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, konnte meiner Meinung nach jedoch nicht ganz dem Anspruch und der Preiskategorie des Hotels gerecht werden. Besonders bei der Müsliauswahl hätte ich mir eine etwas größere und hochwertigere Auswahl gewünscht, beispielsweise Haferflocken, verschiedene Nüsse sowie Quark oder unterschiedliche Joghurtsorten. Das Frühstück war keineswegs schlecht, allerdings hätte ich bei einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie eine entsprechend vielfältigere Auswahl erwartet. Gerade in diesem Bereich wäre aus meiner Sicht noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial vorhanden.

Das gibt es Luft nach oben - und war doch auch schon anders - schade !
+ Die Lage ist top ! Das Hotel sehr schön ! Der Barkeeper sehr aufmerksam und super top professionell !
− Viele Kleinigkeiten , die aber den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigen - zb der Vorhang im Zimmer hing nicht mehr korrekt - hat sich von der Stange gelöst - hat niemand repariert oder beachtet, obwohl jeden Tag vom Personal der Vorhang zu - und wieder aufgemacht wurde ! Auch der Empfang war diesmal leider anders - weniger freundlich - junges nicht sehr empathisches oder professionelles Personal ….. und leider auch das Restaurant - wird nicht mehr vom Goldenen Hirschen geführt ; sondern vom Herzl - das Essen ist leider gar nicht gut !!!

Hervorragende Mitarbeiter und super zentrale Lage.
+ Wir hatten eine besonders aufmerksame Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück, die uns sehr freundlich immer wieder nach unseren Wünschen gefragt hat. Allgemein war die Hotelcrew sehr zuvorkommend.
− mir fällt keine Kritik ein.
