+ Ótima localização, próximo a shopping e restaurantes.
− Achei que o café da manhã bom, mas poderia ser mais variado, serviram a mesma coisa durante toda a minha estadia. Um dia não tinha mesa disponível, tivemos que esperar na fila, sendo que fomos em baixa temporada.

+ A localização é ótima, funcionários muito cordiais.
− Não gostei dos travesseiros, achei muito altos. Pedi para trocar, só trocaram 2, éramos 4 pessoas. Mesmo os dois que trocaram, ainda eram altos.

Boa estadia
+ Os quartos são excelentes, camas, chuveiro. O que deixou a desejar organização e limpeza no café da manhã. Prestação de serviços do Hotel, não tem carrinho para carregamento de malas, recepção que não fala Portugues, assim como os demais funcionários , dificultando a comunicação

Comfortable hotel with good amenities close to the Metro
+ Convenient location, delicious breakfast, comfortable arrangements. The front desk was very helpful when we had to pivot with our travel plans.

+ asistencia con robot, disponibilidad de agua en los pasillos
− luces, lavado de manos fuera del baño, precio fue modificado indicando un error que no consideraron impuestos... precio en dolar no respetan la tasa de cambio con peso del día. temperatura de la habitación no fue posible regularla por lo que dormir fue incomodo.
