+ Very good concierge service, especially from Catherine with help for our excursions. Very good breakfast with direct view on the beautiful beach. Very good beach facility of the hotel. Central location in Orient Bay to good restaurants in walking distance.

+ Great location relaxing - only reason not 5 star was due to a security issue that was resolved quickly. Owners made us feel safe and comfortable for remainder of stay. Near restaurants and beach is 1 min. Would stay again.

Superb staff, all-round incredible experience, great value for money

+ This resort was fantastic because it ticked so many boxes – location, convenience, food, accommodation, and professional & welcoming staff. Elena in particular is an extremely hardworking front desk operator who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and took extreme care to ensure the smallest details of our trip were perfect. I need to stress that everyone at this resort without exception was courteous and professional, but she is an absolute rockstar. She is very passionate about the island, was deeply knowledgeable and very sweet. She helped us book a day trip to Saint Barts and also helped recommend food/sightseeing options there and also in St Martin itself. If they have employee of the month, she would easily win every month. I cannot thank her enough for being a large contributor to us maximizing our vacation. The resort itself is in a great location in orient Bay – short walk to restaurants and the supermarket. The breakfast buffet is great quality. While not an overwhelming variety of options, I like that it was simple and focused enough to get you going during the day. The free parking lot is a huge convenience; we rarely had trouble finding a spot. The room was very spacious and clean. But the real surprise was the depth of amenities available in the room; full kitchenette, iron, desk, functioning safe, etc. A complete suite which could accommodate a long stay. Incredible value for money. We were unlucky with the weather that week and couldn’t enjoy the beach at Orient Bay- but in St Martin it’s very easy to drive around and explore other beach options. The beach itself is beautiful but it seems is more susceptible to waves and stormy weather than other parts of the islands, at least from what we observed. Although I personally don't hyperfocus on swimming pools while at a resort, and much prefer going to the beach, this resort doesn't have a large noisy pool bar atmosphere like at an all-inclusive so people should take that into consideration. Overall we have no complaints whatsoever the resort at all, highly recommend for anyone thinking of visiting St Martin.
