− cette hôtel est profondément sale et mal géré. Le personnel est exécrable, et les installations sont dangereuse et vielles ! Des clous rouillés qui trainent sur le sol et d'autres qui dépassent de la piscine a porté de mains des enfants. les chambres sont a peines nettoyés entre 2 clients, mon fils de 1 an a failli avalé un médicament laissé au sol par les précédents voyageur et a porté a sa bouche un clou rouillé trouvé dans la piscine. Lorsque l'on en parle à la direction de l'hotel ils vous propose de vous offrir un massage pour oublier ce qu'il s'est passé ...

Excellent, staff were amazing, the hotel is one of the best I've stayed in ever, breakfast 5*
+ I never make the effort for reviews but this was worth it: Staff, cleanliness of rooms, facilities, pools, food/breakfast everything was 5 star. The design of the hotel and the pools dotted around the venue was perfect too.
− Very hard to provide some negative feedback, my only thing would be to provide slightly better gym machine options such as a free-bar with weights.

מלון מושלם מושלם! אין לי ספק שעוד נחזור
+ ארוחת בוקר מלאה ומפנקת, מגוון רחב שמתאים לכולם, שפע של אוכל, הכל טרי וטעים, חדר האוכל מרווח מאוד וניתן גם לשבת בחוץ. הבריכה הכי כיפית שהיינו בה, שפע של מקום לשבת, ירידה ישר לחוף הים, קבלת פנים נעימה וצוות מלון מאוד שירותי ומסביר פנים, הם היו ממש ממש מקסימים, ותמיד ענו בחיוך ובשמחה, שדרגו אותנו ללא עלות לחדרי משפחות עם דלת מקשרת
− לנו זה לא הפריע, אבל החדרים בחלקם ממוקמים בקומות (אנחנו היינו קומה 2) והמלון עצום כך שהירידה מהחדר לחדר אוכל או לבריכה היא יחסית ארוכה, מי שעם עגלה או תינוק שייקח זאת בחשבון.
