+ Великолепный сервис - в принципе лучший опыт сервиса за все время путешествий (более 15 лет, более 30 стран). Классный качественный продуманный интерьер. Забота в деталях, например, разбор и упаковка вещей, великолепный welcome и многое другое
− Еда хорошая, вкусная, но в отелях такого уровня хочется большего разнообразия

+ Очень красивая входная группа через которую мы попадали на вкусный завтрак в ресторан. Красивый и ухоженный пляж, а влево от отеля если смотреть на океан можно найти дорожку, по которой мы гуляли вдоль соседних отелей с красивой цветущей территорией и океана. Просторный уютный номер и вкусные разнообразные завтраки. Неглубокий, но очень большой бассейн с баром на пляже.

Fantastic Hotel in Nusa Dua good value for Money
+ The personel was amazing and extreme service minded, kind and lovely . Without exception everybody knew our names, which gave a very personal touch to the visit. The Boneka Breakfast and Diner Buffet was out of this world and fantastic from pur perspective , especially when you like Indone(asian) food . I think it was one of the better Buffets we have had in our lifetime. (The buffet has a great choice for Asian food , Sushi and fish , but also more Western amuse type of food dishes. The room and housekeeping was excellent , as was the Spa.
− Its a very personal touch and in general we were happy , but we think the hotel could have more activities and a better beachfront and pool. The hotel is a bit off from Nusa Dua centre and therefore more quiet . We think the beach front and pool could use some upgrade, to make it more attractive to spend the day there. Now we felt the beach to be a bit boring without inspiration. If you have travelled Bali for 8-10 days I would stay max 3-4days in this resort . The water quality in the rooms is below 5 star level , ( should be mineral or spring water instead of filtered/ desalinated)

Najlepszy hotel na Bali!!
+ Najlepszy hotel na Bali! Wszystko w tym obiekcie się zgadza… restauracje i jedzenie, lokalizacja, willa (bywaliśmy w takiej przy lagunie i na plaży obie fantastyczne) i przede wszystkim obsługa !!! Zespół Butler’ów który się nam opiekował był fantastyczny!!
