Even for business not enough

− There were works from 8 am in the morning since 5 pm and nobody advised this. We also eat at the restaurant and it was not at all good. The meat was very hard

+ Restaurant is great. Many choices of food Management is really caring and supportive. Locat my lost luggage and arranged taxi.
− Restaurant breafast and service need to be improved. Aircon to be serviced, otherwise smell very moldy. The air dehumidifier is a life saver. One male receptionist had attitude and rude behavior.

Good hotel
+ It's a very nice hotel. Comfortable. Had a great staff experience with the reception people as well as the staff at the main restaurant. Loved their breakfast.
− The guy/waiter at the backstage restaurant needs to learn customer service. Completely ignored me for 20+ minutes in an empty restaurant. House keeping needs to be a bit more thorough with their cleaning Dinner and lunch menu isn't that great There are no sockets next to the beds. Just a USB port.

+ Everything was bad only the staff were positive and polite
− The property is in dire need of renovation. The room had a persistent smell, the drains clogged, and maintenance generally appears to have been neglected rather than kept up with. Breakfast was shocking — poor quality across the board, and the kitchen could not manage something as basic as a proper cappuccino. For what is charged, guests should expect a clean, functioning room and a decent breakfast. Neither was delivered.
