The credit card holder’s name must match the guest’s name, and the card must be presented at check-in. Prepayment will be charged to the credit card, and for security the resort may request a signed authorization form with a passport copy. For Suite bookings on 31st December, a compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner applies at THB 18,500++ per adult and THB 9,250++ per child (5–11 years), with children 0–4 free and 12 years and above charged as adults. A 100% nonrefundable deposit, including room, gala dinner, service charge, and taxes, is required. Villas and Suites are for holiday use only; events or functions exceeding the booking capacity require prior approval and coordination with our Events Team. A deposit may be required at the property.

Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Family Experience
+ I loved how friendly, helpful, and responsive all the staff were. The villa was exceptionally clean and very spacious, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The WhatsApp group with the team also made everything very convenient and easy to arrange.

⭐ An Unforgettable Stay at Andara
+ I stayed at Andara with my family, and I have to say, it’s honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been fortunate enough to visit many great hotels, but Andara truly stands out. The hospitality was absolutely top-notch, and the cleaning team was incredible and always on point every day. A special mention to our lovely cleaning lady, Reem, who was so kind and always made sure everything was perfect. The drivers were also amazing and always so helpful. And now for the cherry on top — the food at Silk was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. Everything was just perfect! I highly recommend Andara and will definitely be coming back. ❤️
