+ The staff were really the most incredible part of the hotel- Enad and Rhea in the restaurant, and Mary in the spa really helped make our stay great! Rooms were spacious and clean and we had a great view from our balcony that we really appreciated. The man who checked us in was also wonderful but I completely forgot his name! The Dead Sea beach (albeit far away from the rooms), was nice with constantly refilled buckets of mud and showers, and the funniest towel and water attendants. I had a good time and it was in a marvellous location.
− The food (especially the buffet food, but à la carte too) left something to be desired. Considering that the buffet was double (if not more) as expensive as everywhere else we stayed in Jordan, the quality was just so far below all other dinner buffets. There also seemed to be an odd amount of construction in every part of the resort at all times which was something I was a bit confused about. WiFi was not great by the pool. Definitely better if you’ve got kids.

lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, da hinzufahren. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
+ Riesige Zimmer, hoher Komfort, ein üppiges Frühstück mit wahnsinnig großer Auswahl (alle haben sich gekümmert und geprüft, speziell: danke Morad - Pastry Chef). Der Stand war mit Personal zum Aufpassen besetzt, die gerne Fotos gemacht haben von dir (ich war alleine).
− Nichts wirklich! Es war alles super, nur zwei kleine mini „Einschränkungen“: es gab zur Zeit eine Baustelle, die hat man tagsüber gehört am Strand unten am Toten Meer und am Pool. Hat mich persönlich nicht gestört. Was ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig war ist, dass ein wenig zu oft gefragt wurde ob alles in Ordnung ist. Es gab am Tag 2x Roomservice, 1x wurde geklopft und 1x angerufen (lautes Telefon, hab mich erschrocken) ob alles ok ist. Darf man nun selber entscheiden ob das gut ist oder nicht :-)

− Het strand was goed maar miste wel het zout aan de waterkant(voor fotos)
