+ Merci à Ahmed, à la réception pour son professionnalisme, son sourire et sa patience. Nous avons rencontré un léger souci à notre arrivée et il a fait en sorte de séjour se passe merveilleusement bien et il a même réussi. Bravo à lui.

Un nouveau souffle
+ Plus de personnel que les années précédentes,service optimisé, buffet tjrs point fort, amélioration des animations,notamment le groupe du ballet aquatique, les femmes de ménage toujours disponible, à nouveau du porc au petit déjeuner, on sent une nouvelle dynamique s'installer...
− Peut être l'absence d'œufs dur au déjeuner et dîner, contrairement aux années précédentes... L'organisation de la queue au buffet aux heures de pointe

+ Sympathie du personnel, qualité de la nourriture et emplacement face a la mer
− Propreté moyenne (devoir demander chaque jour pour que la chambre soit faite, pas normal pour un 5 étoiles), mais surtout des animations sonores matin, midi et soir extrêmement bruyantes, empêchant notre fils de 1 an de dormir correctement. Nous avons demandé 2x à changer de chambre pour être + au clame mais en vain.
