+ Хороший персонал на ресепшн, удобная кровать, номер, сам отель симпатичный
− Грязные тарелки, низкое качество еды и отсутствие разнообразия , уборка в номерах плохая , персонал в ресторане

Comfortabel hotel maar het kan beter
+ Grote buitenzwembaden waren erg prettig. Variatie in buffet is zeer goed. Kamer was prima, fijne douche en goede bedden en kussens. Bar in zwembad was erg leuk en de mogelijkheden om buiten te eten zijn ook erg goed. Tuin ziet er mooi uit en goed onderhouden. De plekken rondom de zee met de pier waren ook mooi. Poolboy Ali was erg vriendelijk en aziatische personeel was erg vriendelijk/gastvrij. De show van de illusionist/goochelaar is een aanrader.
− Kinderbad buiten stonk naar schimmel. Zwembad binnen is wat klein bij slecht weer. Strand is best klein voor zo'n groot resort. Personeel is erg wisselend qua vriendelijkheid. Kwaliteit van drankjes was ook erg wisselvallig. Koffie viel erg tegen, ook bij de "echte" koffiebar. Leek niet dat het personeel verstand had van koffie. Je zou een kleine koffiemachine verwachten op de kamer maar er was alleen oploskoffie. We konden niet kiezen op welke dag we a la carte konden eten en waar. We konden alleen naar de het Italiaanse restaurant en dat was ronduit een aanfluiting. Eten was echt matig. Hotel lijkt echt georiënteerd op Russen (en alcohol). Het is niet echt een familiehotel. We hebben wel genoten maar er zijn zeker zaken die beter kunnen.

All-inclusive overload. Quantity over quality, with loud, inconsiderate guests ruining experience.
+ You could eat pretty much anything and do everything, as ALL is provided. It basically allows you to walk around brainlessly without having to think about anything. I mean, this hotel wasn't my cup of tea to begin with, but I went for my family.
− BECAUSE everything is provided and you can walk around brainlessly, other guests seemed to behave brainlessly too. Rude, LOUD, inconsiderate people ruining the whole experience. Kids running around in the restaurant, knocking plates out of your hands, parents not caring, people constantly blocking your way and LOUD tourists everywhere. Not going to name any countries, but you'll notice it when you're there. The food wasn't particularly good either. They offer SO MUCH of everything that they seem to have spread themselves too thin. Even the specialty dishes lacked quality and character. It's quantity over quality, with nothing really standing out and I got sick of eating there in about two to three days.

− Има разлика в храната от 2025 , тази година беше еднотипна и на обяд и на вечеря , беше вкусна но спрямо миналата година има спад . Миналата година аниматорите бяха по добри като екип .

excellent stay
+ We had a room with swimming pool, it was absolutey great! Staff was extrardinary. Breakfast extraordinary.
− In that "private" wimming pool, there were all kinds of neighbours - some which were almost sitting on our terrace, some others screaming, etc. So, in theory, it was very nice to have a room with a private pool, in practice, people saw me in my lingerie because they were keep going back and forth in "our" pool. Also, it's important to mention that the resort is not adults only, and, althrough it wasn't full, it was quite noisy sometimes.
