Foarte placut

+ Amplasament excelent, o priveliste superba spre rasaritul Oradei. O mentiune aparte pentru finisajele peretilor : mesterul care le-a realizat are mania detaliilor - am cautat sa gasesc un defect si nu am reusit. La mobilier am cateva rezerve - este facut din material de calitate, s-a dorit minimalist dar are cateva hibe legate de functionalitatea rafturilor. Prea apropiate ori prea departate. Ca si frigiderul de altfel - pana nu am scos un raft nu m-am descurcat. Totusi suficient de incapator (frigiderul & congelatorul) si eficient. Aerul conditionat a facut fata toata perioada (este adevarat ca am mers pe 26 - 27 grade C).

− Instalatiile sanitare sunt de de calitate - s-a dorit si modernism dar mai mult strica . Apa de la dus porneste dintrun buton dar nu am reusit sa obtin o temperatura sub 36 grade C. Butonul de reglaj dus la maxim pe rece si degeaba, ca si cand ar veni apa calda pe conducta de apa rece. Exista si dotari inutile sau exagerate in opinia mea. Mi-a prins bine masa de calcat si fierul. Mi-a prins bine suportul pentru uscat rufe si evident masina de spalat rufe. A fost buna si plita vitroceramica dar nu am inteles de ce am masina de spalat vase (pentru 8 seturi desi vasele erau in 6 seturi) cand nu am cu ce sa incalzesc mancarea decat pe plita. Nu exista cuptor cu microunde si nici cuptor simplu.

+ Camera foarte spațioasă și confortabilă, cu o priveliște minunată spre centrul orașului. Parcarea gratuita a fost un avantaj pentru sejurul nostru. Interacțiunea cu gazdele foarte buna. Mulțumim pentru ospitalitate!
