They didn't clean room, there is no roomservice,the places has loads of bugs the breakfast area was poorly organised
+ Terrible Experience – Completely Ruined Our Holiday I had an extremely disappointing experience at Alpina Hotel Gudauri. This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are not properly cleaned or serviced. During our stay, they simply did not clean or make up our room. For a hotel, basic housekeeping should be the absolute minimum, yet even that was missing. There was no kettle in the room, so we couldn’t even make hot water, which is such a basic amenity. They also do not offer room service, making the stay even more inconvenient. The breakfast was horrible. The dining area was poorly managed, and there were not enough staff even to clear and clean the tables properly. Dirty tables were left unattended, and the whole breakfast experience felt disorganized and unpleasant. The biggest problem is the overall lack of service and staff. It feels like the hotel is operating without enough employees to provide even basic hospitality. When you go on holiday, you expect to relax and enjoy your stay—not spend your time wondering why your room hasn’t been cleaned or why basic services aren’t available. Alpina Hotel Gudauri made our holiday an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience. Very poor housekeeping, terrible breakfast, lack of basic amenities, and almost nonexistent service. I deeply regret choosing this hotel and would never stay here again.

Well appointed, with the famous Gudauri view
+ Friendly staff, upgraded room with a wonderful view, great breakfast, good parking, quiet area. We loved everything about this place!
− The spring on the door was very strong, but it still didn't close it all the way. The shower was a little difficult to control. These were just minor niggles.
