+ Wer einen rundum perfekten, unvergesslichen Urlaub sucht, MUSS ins Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort nach Hurghada! Wir haben hier eine Zeit verbracht, die man einfach nur mit einer reinen 10 von 10 bewerten kann. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem von ganzem Herzen empfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder! Schon beim Betreten des Hotels spürt man diese besondere, unheimlich warme und familiäre Atmosphäre. Man ist hier nicht einfach nur ein Gast man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an wie zu Hause und absolut geborgen. Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht an das gesamte Team: Egal ob Kellner, Teamleiter oder Chefs wirklich ALLE sind überragend freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Es gab keinen einzigen Wunsch, der uns nicht von den Augen abgelesen und sofort erfüllt wurde. Dieser Service ist auf einem absoluten Spitzenniveau! Ein paar Personen möchten wir ganz besonders hervorheben: Aya an der Rezeption: Der Check-in verlief dank ihr so unglaublich einfach, herzlich und reibosszene, genauso wie der Check-out. Ein wunderschöner erster und letzter Eindruck!Mohamed (Restaurant-Leitung): Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an Mohamed, der für das gesamte Kellner-Team im Restaurant verantwortlich ist. Er war extrem aufmerksam, ist immer wieder persönlich auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat für einen perfekten Ablauf gesorgt! Ahmed Kamal am Strand: Ein absolut fantastischer und herzlicher Kellner, der uns am Beach jeden Tag vergoldet hat. Karim & Mahmoud: Zwei erstklassige Kellner, die stets mit einem Lächeln unterwegs sind und einen Top-Service leisten. Hussein (Chef): Auch er ist eine absolute 10 von 10! Man merkt sofort, mit wie viel Herzblut und Professionalität das Hotel geführt wird. Ebenfalls ein großes Lob an die Teams für alle Veranstaltungen und das Entertainment: Sie machen ihren Job einfach großartig, sorgen durchgehend für beste Stimmung, super Laune und unvergessliche Momente, ohne dabei jemals aufdringlich zu sein!
