+ Wunderbare Unterkunft. Unser Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders schön fanden wir auch den Pool. Eine perfekte Lage, der Flughafen ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Calogero, der Besitzer ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Gegen ein Aufpreis hat er uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und zurück gefahren. Alles hat reibungslos und wunderbar funktioniert. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Calogero und seine Frau für die wunderbaren Tage in Terrasini und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

+ Der Gastgeber war sehr nett 👍 die Lage ist super nicht weit weg von der Stadt und vom Strand. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Pool war auch Mega schön. Bis bald mal wieder.

Terrible experience in a 1 star B&B, but paid the same as for a 5star hotel!!!!

− Everything! We made a last minute booking as flights were not departing from Taormina and we had to get to Palermo to get our flight from there. We booked a luxury double room, but got a room in a new built on the property. The owner told us that he was fully booked, but will give us a special room and we could use the pool for free. I've never heard of people paying to use a pool at a B&B. He also told us that he is planning to add a kitchen on the lower level. The room had no kettle or coffee machine, plastic cups, the price tag still on the bedside table, clean, but old towels, 1 pillow each and no extra pillows or blankets, no soundproofing in the room and NO HOT WATER to shower until I asked for it. He told me that someone must have turned it off??? It came on 1 hour later, but I could not wait, so had a cold shower, as we had to get to bed early to leave for the airport at 5am the next morning. I told him that it was not the room that we booked and we paid the same, Euro350 as for the 5star hotels we stayed in Sicily. I told him to refund us 50%, as he gave us a terrible room. He said he would refund us, but I had to cancel the booking on Booking.com, otherwise he would have to pay them commission and will not be able to refund us. I did that, but did not receive the refund, so when Booking.com asked again if we stayed, I said yes, as I did not want to lie for the owner. I contacted him to ask for the refund, but he replied that he was on a 10 day holiday and would do when he got back home, but he immediately contacted me when I said "YES" to Booking.com. I have screenshots of our conversation, but he deleted the message where he asked me to tell Booking.com that I cancelled the booking. He is a very dishonest man and we were so disappointed that we spend our last night in Sicily in such basic, sad accommodation.
