+ This review is addressed more to the hotel management than to the staff, who are not to blame for these issues! This place could offer a next-level experience with just a small investment in improving the service and facilities. The rooms are really nice, with air conditioning, balconies, and lovely views of the pool and garden. The location is very quiet and private, with no other houses or busy streets nearby, yet still close to markets and restaurants. However, a few simple improvements would make a huge difference! First of all, the towels and bed sheets urgently need to be replaced. I don’t want to say they were dirty, as I’m not sure (and I really hope they were washed), but they were extremely worn out, of very poor quality, and covered in numerous permanent stains. A little more attention to cleaning, especially in areas such as around the shower door, would also significantly improve the overall experience. The breakfast is very basic but acceptable. However, please replace those cheap-looking plastic plates! This is such a small investment that could instantly make the breakfast experience feel much better. The dining area could also use a little redesign to make it more welcoming and less like a cheap, poorly maintained hostel. It doesn’t require a huge investment, just a few thoughtful design choices to create a much nicer atmosphere. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I didn’t feel comfortable having breakfast there again after the first day. The potential is definitely there! With a few basic improvements to cleanliness, bedding, tableware, and the dining area, this place could offer a much better experience without requiring a major investment. I would definitely recommend this place and consider returning in the future, provided these improvements are made. Sometimes, it’s the smallest details that make the biggest difference!

Best ever stay in Goa

+ We had a wonderful week-long stay at Seclude Eco Cottages, Goa, and it was a superb experience from start to finish. The property is very well maintained, clean, peaceful, and surrounded by a wonderfully calm atmosphere. The staff were absolutely great—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Our room had everything we needed, including good Wi-Fi and TV, and the overall stay was very comfortable. What we especially loved is the location. It feels beautifully tucked away in the quieter side of Goa, giving you a peaceful and relaxing experience without feeling disconnected. It’s also pet-friendly, which made the stay even better for us. Would 100% recommend Seclude Eco Cottages to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful, and pet-friendly stay in Goa. Definitely a place we’d be happy to visit again!
