+ Das neue, moderne, nachhaltig orientierte 5 Sterne Hotel stellt eine wunderschöne, begrünte, ruhige Oase 10 Minuten neben dem Flughafen Marsa Alam dar, die von fleissigen Angestellten rund um die Uhr hervorragend gepflegt und sauber gehalten wird. Inmitten von Blumen ist die grosszügige Poolanlage ein fantastischer Ort zum relaxen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Kellner umsorgen einen freundlich und motiviert, sodass man zurücklehnen und sich verwöhnen lassen kann. Das Essen ist lecker, die Atmosphäre entspannt. Auf Service muss man nie lange warten. Ungenügend ist die Qualität der überzuckerten Getränke aus den Zapfhahnen, insgesamt des All Inclusiv Getränkeangebotes. Das Bett ist sehr hart und man hört beim Bewegen das Plastik unter dem Laken rascheln. Die Sonnenschirme sind am sonst sehr schönen, gepflegten Stand zu nahe beieinander, obwohl es eigentlich genug Platz hätte. Es fehlen notwendige stabile Windschütze gegen Sandstürme, die es gab. Das Animations- und Abendprogramm hat mich nicht angesprochen. Leider bekam ich (Alleinreisende) nicht das gebuchte und bestätigte Superiorzimmer mit Meerblick, was mich sehr enttäuscht hat. Wohl hatte ich eine riesige Terasse aber das Meer sah ich nur teilweise aus der Ecke der Terasse. Auf meine Intervention durfte oder musste ich zweimal zügeln aber leider nicht in ein MB-Zimmer. Ein absolutes NO GO! Vertrauensverlust. Trotz allem war die Woche wunderschön und erholsam und ich schliesse nicht aus, dass ich da nochmals hinreise.

Wonderful hotel

+ I would like to share with you the wonderful time we had over two weeks at the Jaz Riviera. I have been coming to Egypt for over 20 years and have to say the new style of hotels are a great format for European travelers. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and kept very clean. The pool is heated in the winter months as the hotel is only 2 months old. The pool Italian was my favorite with freshly stone backed pizzas and amazing staff who make this hotel. Thanks to the staff in the pool bar for making my trip engaging and welcoming with always attentive service. As the first guest in the hotel I would like to thank managment team for accommodating all my needs and suggestions. Many changes and improvements were made during our stay and the professional approach was fantastic to see. The food really stands out here at this hotel the chefs done an incredible job and always improving the food. Lots of healthy options and variety. The Italian and Asian is wonderful. The staff made our stay here very special. Sometimes you always forget the gardeners and cleaning staff but they keep this hotel so clean and that adds to the experience. The gardens are beautiful just like the beaches. The rooms are such a great space to relax in with state of the art aircon and heating if needed.

+ Hotel nuovissimo appena aperto. Avendo già provato altri hotel della stessa catena ma devo dire che questo è di un livello ancora superiore. Non essendo ancora a pieno regime il ristorante buffet è sostituito da quello alla carta normalmente a pagamento. La piscina principale è enorme mai vista una cosi grande . La posizione della spiaggia è la migliore infatti le gite si fermano nella baia dell'hotel noi abbiamo visto più volte le tartarughe. Il personale si sforza di dare il massimo e il general manager Hady parla anche un po' italiano anche se non bene come Mohamed della reception che parla un italiano perfetto. Anche l'espresso è buono come in Italia. Bravi! inenorcimomeregi
