A truly wonderful stay in Koh Samui

+ I had the most amazing stay! The resort is absolutely gorgeous, with incredible facilities and beautiful views over the sea. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the breakfast has so many delicious options, and the level of service throughout the hotel is exceptional. What made the experience particularly special was how genuinely caring and attentive everyone was. A very special thank you to Eye, who looked after me throughout my stay and was absolutely wonderful. She gave me fantastic recommendations, regularly checked that I was enjoying my stay, surprised me with so many thoughtful little touches, and was always available whenever I needed anything. I felt incredibly well taken care of from beginning to end. Such a warm, beautiful place and a truly memorable stay in Koh Samui — I would come back in a heartbeat!

+ Realy was the best hotel, i travel a lot but this is the best, the rooms the staff all perfect Also i have to say there is a guy that help us a lot “ romi “ - he is very proffisional and kind, he like to help clients, it was easly to connect with, i must thank him a lot

+ Dear Hotel Management, We travel frequently around the world, both as a family and as a couple, and we have visited Thailand at least seven times. We would like to express how pleased we were with our stay and with the kind, professional, and welcoming service provided by all the hotel staff. We were very impressed by the high standard of cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms, and the excellent buggy service. We would especially like to mention Daniel, who drove us and was extremely kind and helpful, as well as the security guard at the hotel entrance, who always welcomed us warmly and with a smile. We are observant Jews who follow kosher dietary laws. Therefore, we asked to see the ingredients listed on the drink bottles to ensure that we were permitted to consume them according to our religious requirements. The pool staff were extremely patient, courteous, and accommodating, and they prepared exactly what we requested. We truly appreciated their respectful attitude and willingness to assist us. We would also like to point out that during the summer and peak tourist seasons, many Israelis and Jewish visitors from around the world travel to Thailand. During the past week alone, approximately 5,000 Jewish visitors stayed in Koh Samui, according to information provided by Chabad of Koh Samui. We believe that a significant percentage of them—at least 60%—wish to eat kosher food and prefer to stay at hotels that understand and accommodate their dietary needs. A hotel such as Centara, which provides a small kosher section at breakfast offering omelets, fruit, vegetables, and disposable utensils, gives kosher-observant guests a sense of comfort and confidence. In our opinion, expanding and improving the kosher section, while ensuring proper separation and adherence to kosher requirements, could attract many more Jewish guests and provide them with a more complete and enjoyable hospitality experience. We would be delighted to stay at your wonderful hotel again, and we would be even happier if, during our next visit, a wider selection of kosher food were available—both at breakfast and throughout the rest of the day. A Birthday Stay To Remember

+ Our stay at Vana Belle was truly exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and perfectly situated right by the beach. Everything was impeccably clean and beautifully dressed, creating such an elegant yet relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for a getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and hospitable. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, and especially made my birthday feel so memorable. Every thoughtful gesture made me feel genuinely celebrated and cared for. A very special thank you to Pum, our butler, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful, accommodating, and efficient with anything we needed. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and her attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. I also want to give a huge thank you to Apple, my massage therapist at the spa. She did an amazing job and was incredibly attentive to my needs and how I was feeling throughout the treatment. I left feeling completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed. Thank you to the entire Vana Belle team for making our stay so special and my birthday one I’ll always remember. Fabulous family stay

+ Fantastic week at the Vana Belle- all made even better by our butler Frang who was so quick to respond to all our queries and gave us some great advice. Our daughter’s phone broke during the stay and Frang researched all the local phone shops to locate the core r screen replacement for us. The food was excellent at all the restaurants and service exceptional. Thanks to all the staff at the resort
