The cost for an additional adult or child will be charged separately at the Hotel. Bed and Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board Meal plans do not include beverages. The property will send payment link on registered email address depending on the cancellation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for advance payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through payment link received from the hotel. Kindly note that commencing 1st August 2023, the government of Seychelles has introduced a new Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy. An additional fee of SCR 100.00 per person per night will be added to your reservation to support green initiatives, renewable energy and environmental conservation. Exemptions apply to children under 12, airline employees and Seychellois citizens. Depending on tidal movements, guests may temporarily experience limited access to the beaches surrounding the island. The New Year’s Eve rate is exclusive of a mandatory gala dinner for selected occupancy. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
