Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa

Great stay with stunning views and excellent service

+ We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dead Sea. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful green vegetation, creating a refreshing contrast to the unique Dead Sea landscape. The chain of swimming pools is lovely, though part of it was under renovation during our visit. Our room was large, bright, and offered a breathtaking sea view. The hospitality was warm and professional throughout. Both breakfast and dinner featured an impressive variety of local and international dishes, all fresh and tasty. We especially enjoyed the unique experience of floating in the Dead Sea and trying the mud bath — our skin felt smooth and rejuvenated afterward. The beach is easily accessible either by a short walk, elevators, or a convenient electric buggy service. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Quality service and good food.

+ We ate at the Bacchus restaurant and enjoyed the hospitality of all the staff, especially Nathella. The Jordanian river shiraz was a lovely bottle of wine to accompany our dinner of pasta and pizza.

Fantastic

+ I arrived early and was looked after by Marah, who sorted out an issue with my booking, she went above and beyond to correct an issue, which was my own fault, I was very grateful for the effort she made and the warm welcome she provided. An early check in and an upgrade to a wonderful 1 bedroom sea view suite, absolutely stunning. Complimentary fruit and cakes in the room, delicious. The main reason I was visiting was for the Dead Sea and the experience is so well done at the Hilton. I took the lifts down to the sea and the area with a lifeguard and mud. The kind lifeguard covered me in mud and took the photos of both me in mud and floating…. Truly memorable. No lounge, as expected but a voucher for a variety of drinks and snacks in the Lebanese restaurant, served during sunset hours - again wonderful warm service. I had a couple of drinks at the pool bar and dinner in the buffet restaurant…. A true feast. A very brief stay and a car back to the airport at 530am, so skipped breakfast, but this was one of the best Hilton experiences I have had. Some hotels the experience feels very forced, but here it felt so genuine and all the staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended, of my 40 stays in Hilton’s this year, this was a great way to end the year, thank you.
