+ Прекрасный персонал, отличные завтраки, чисто, обязательно вернусь снова
− Мне достался очень маленький номер (503) и не было рабочего стола, было неудобно работать.

Great hotel to stay in Yerevan with great breakfast
+ Great location. Fabulous breakfast - both in variety and in quality. Modern rooms.
− They wanted to charge extra for the cappucinno during breakfast. They did not, but told us that the next day they will. Rooms are a bit small.

Lovely central hotel with great service and quiet rooms, but small rooms and very soft mattresses.
+ A lovely, comfortable hotel in a central location. Excellent service and pleasant, quiet rooms.
− The rooms are a bit small, and the mattress is very soft, so it may not suit anyone with back problems or those who prefer a firm mattress.
