− staff werent as welcoming didnt find them helpful wouldnt rate service as a 4 star hotel - ive stayed in many hotels this was really poor

Hotel Ai Cavalieri gave us the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Venice.
+ The Hotel location was excellent and the Staff were always very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We also enjoyed the breakfast facilities and ambience. The Hotel is also close to many of the main points of interest with a relatively short walk through those wonderful narrow Venetian streets & canal crossings. Very Happy to be here.
− We had no complaints and were always very comfortable. We found the best way to arrive at the Hotel was via water Taxi. Walking with luggage would be prohibitive, but that is true of many places in Venice.

Almost perfect :)
+ Hotel itself is beautiful and very traditionally decorated which really added to my stay in Venice. The room was absolutely spot on and possibly better than the photos online. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing felt too much. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone planning to visit Venice.
− The breakfast could have been improved ever so slightly. This wouldn’t stop me staying here again as I would most definitely stay here again but, the choice of fruit could have been increased and the seating area wasnt the best. I think the breakfast room could have been updated slightly and made to feel more plush.

Beautiful Venetian Hotel with a palace-looking room. I’d go there again.
+ I liked the interior design of the room and the great variety of food for breakfast. Also the stuff at the entrance was super polite and helpful with every need we had and they gave us great tips for places to visit and all.

Tolles Hotel, wir würden wieder kommen
+ Sehr zentral, aber ruhig gelegen
− wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Aussicht. Zu diesem Preis haben wir ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Da wir aber sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, war es nicht so schlimm

nous avons séjourné dans la même chambre que ma fille venu deux ans avant !
+ hotel digne d'un palais venitien,très luxueux et personnel toujours présent et de bon service. Petit déjeuner très gourmand,il ne manque vraiment rien. Le ponton pour bateau taxi est très pratique.
