Very satisfactory base for our city visit.
+ Friendliness of the staff who were always ready to help
− Decor of the rooms was a little cold and uninviting

+ It was all really lovely and Ines who gave the treatments in the spa was wonderful.
− Maybe a change of evening menu, as I was there for 5 nights.

+ The location was perfect and the hotel an oasis from the city pace. We could walk to many of the historic sites, shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accomodating.
