We had a comfortable and pleasant stay. If we return to Florence we would love to stay there again.
+ Comfortable clean hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly. We found the staff in the dining room particularly pleasant.

You absolutely cannot beat the location!
+ The location was fantastic. Taxi can come right to the front door for easy pickup and drop off. But walking to most of the city is easy. The Duomo is a block away. Restaurants and shops are just outside. Eatily is just down the block.
