+ La struttura è piacevole
− Avevamo ricevuto autorizzazione al check-in a lasciare la spesa nel frigorifero della stanza per recuperarla dopo un’escursione, così da ottimizzare i tempi prima di un lungo viaggio. Al check-out abbiamo quindi lasciato la spesa, ma al rientro abbiamo trovato la scomparsa di diversi prodotti (due bistecche, wurstel, salame e formaggio), mentre altri articoli erano stati restituiti. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni ci è stato mostrato un frigorifero vuoto e messa in dubbio la presenza stessa degli alimenti acquistati. La situazione è risultata inaccettabile, anche perché eravamo le uniche ospiti quindi piuttosto facile dubitare di qualcuno dello Staff. Paradossalmente, l’organizzazione anticipata della spesa, fatta proprio su autorizzazione della struttura, ci ha fatto perdere più tempo rispetto a farla dopo l’escursione. In sintesi, la struttura è carina ma il personale si è dimostrato poco affidabile e non professionale. Non la sceglieremmo di nuovo, anche per il pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo riscontrato in Sudafrica. Un’esperienza molto negativa che ha compromesso il giudizio complessivo del soggiorno.

Weekend away in Mossel Bay
+ We had a wonderful weekend stay at this fantastic guesthouse. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and featured a breathtaking view of the bay. Each morning started with a delicious, freshly prepared fruit salad and a full English breakfast. The exceptionally friendly staff made us feel right at home. The location is ideal—scenic and tranquil, yet convenient to all the local amenities. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish, with truly nothing to dislike. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back!
