Beautiful hotel
+ Beautiful property in the middle of the unesco area of Valparaiso. Loved the private outdoor seating area and shared living room. The jazz on Friday and Saturday was an added bonus, as was the free walking tour.
− I felt it extremely unusual that they added a tip for the hotel staff automatically to my bill. They said nothing about it and unless I had noticed it and inquired about it, it would have added. They also asked for a tip after each buffet breakfast which we did pay. We did leave a cash tip in the room for the maid.
